Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for AffiliateFinder.ai subscriptions. This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

By starting a free trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Free Trial

AffiliateFinder.ai offers a 7-day free trial to new users. No payment is taken during the free trial period.

Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your payment method on file.

It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.

2. Post-Trial Charges

Once the free trial ends and a paid subscription begins, the charge is considered a completed purchase.

Because access to digital services, data discovery, enrichment, and automation is provided immediately, refunds after the trial are not guaranteed and are granted only at our discretion, except where required by law.

3. Refund Eligibility

If a refund is approved, all of the following conditions must be met:

The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the initial post-trial charge; and
Account usage remains below all of the following thresholds:

No more than 5 affiliates saved.
No more than 2 email enrichment credits used;
No data exports, outreach campaigns, or outreach templates executed.

If any of these thresholds are exceeded, the Services are considered materially delivered and are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe).

Payment processing fees are not recoverable by us and are therefore excluded from all refunds.

5. Subscription Renewals

Refunds are not provided for:

Subscription renewals;
Partial billing periods;
Unused time or credits;
Failure to cancel before the end of a billing cycle.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for a completed billing period.

6. Abuse and Misuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:

Repeated free trial sign-ups;
Attempts to extract data without intent to continue service;
Circumventing or attempting to circumvent usage limits;
Any activity that violates our Terms of Service.

7. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted by either messaging customer support via our Intercom, or emailing support@affiliatefinder.ai within the eligibility window.

Requests should include:

The account email address;
The date of the charge;
The reason for the refund request.

Refund decisions are final and communicated via email.

8. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable under the laws of England and Wales or other applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Updates to This Policy

Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
